@dmakovec definitely not deleting the question/answer. Why? Because my staging environment in all aspects is a mirror of my production env, but for "whatever" reason my issue persisted on production, Website but was/is still irrelevant on staging.

 

My problem was I was running with network service and it did not have enough permissions to see the container, even though I had given it permissions to run docker commands (with docker security group configuration)
